Fresh Cranberry Sauce with Orange
* 1lb frozen or fresh cranberries
* 3/4 C apple cider
* 1t orange zest
* 1/2t cinnamon
* 1/8t clove
* 1/4t allspice
* 1/3 C maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Berries will begin to open.
Remove from heat and cool; refrigerate until ready to serve.
