Yield: 2 cups


* 1 C of Duckhorn Red Wine
* 1 Can Dr. Pepper Soda
* 1 C Brewed coffee
* 2 C ketchup
* 1/4 C White vinegar
* 1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
* 1/4 C Dijon mustard
* 2 T Cornstarch
* 2 T Butter
* 1 T Tabasco sauce
* 1 T Kosher salt
* 1/2 t black pepper, ground


Great for Wings, Dogs, Sausages, Burgers…In a 2‐quart sauce pot over medium heat add the red wine and reduce until large bubbles appear and wine is reduced by half. Add the Dr. Pepper and coffee to sauce pot and cook until reduced by half. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until color is light brown and sauce coats the back of a spoon. Cool and reserve.

To serve

Serve with Grilled items such as sausages, wings or burgers.
