Winemaker Notes
Showcasing the remarkable craftsmanship and prestige of this renowned site, this vintage of Three Palms Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from some of the finest fruit our estate vineyard has to offer. It opens with layered aromas of chocolate covered black cherries, blueberry compote, fig, and quince, setting the stage for a wine of depth and distinction. On the palate, notes of dark chocolate and black tea unfold alongside wet slate minerality and dried thyme, while firm, fine-grained tannins and a pop of acidity carry through to a long, refined finish.
