Winemaker Notes
Sourced from one of our coolest hillside estate vineyards, this Cabernet Sauvignon tells a story of contrast and harmony, opening with aromas of black plum, hazelnut crumble, blackberries, and fig compote. An ideal balance of warm daytime sun and cool nights yields a dark, concentrated profile, lifted by fresh acidity and layered flavors of black cherry cola, dark chocolate-covered blueberries, and hints of dried tea and thyme. Luscious tannins provide a structured yet polished frame, carrying through to a bright, cheerful finish that highlights the depth and character of our Cork Tree vineyard.
